Some people say or talk about there being a fork in the road and having difficulties choosing which path to pick. Well thats not my problem, my problem is having a start up and having sooooo many forks in the road to choose from. Similiar to a tree and all of its branches! Try starting something that no one had quite done before and getting folks to know and believe in it as much as you do to make it become. Right now im not even talking about folks to buy in or just buy your product. Im simply talking about getting a strong and dedicated staff together that stands behind you 100 percent.
Ive llc since 2007 and have been trying to get this thing called "Life" off the ground. After being nipped and tucked over and over by various peope some friends and others freindemies i have not given up but infact had the road become much more clearer.
Professional peer of mine gave me some very simple but effective advice thats plays again and again in my head whenever i have a choice to make and cant seem to make it fast enough, "Do more of what works!"
So when i am standing there and a decision needs to be made i have to quickly calculate the the strengths and weakness of each option i have and make those decisions.
So where am i standing now you ask and what are the closets decicsion i need to make right now?
I think the most important decision is choosing the right balance of time and energy spent on Residential Life and The Essential life. In addition to that Choosing the right people and deletgating responsibility as well as making sure they get paid to do so!
